The Ridge and Valley Region is a combination of higher hills and deep valleys, which are relatively flat at the bottom. The Ridge is made up of a mixture of many sedimentary rocks. Over the years the sedimentary rock has been eroded down until the valley were formed. Most of the Ridge is forestry, while the valleys are used for farming and pastures. Most ridges seem incredibly tall, like mountains, but they are actually not very tall. The tallest may be 700 feet tall maximum.
